Refund policy
Made to Order with Care
Every cake and dessert is handcrafted to order—made especially for you!
Because each item is prepared fresh, we kindly require advance notice. Lead times vary depending on the product and method of delivery. As a general guide:
Local pre-orders typically require at least 72 hours’ notice
Nationwide shipping orders require 5 days’ notice
Holiday orders may have different deadlines and will be announced in advance
If you're unsure whether your timeline can be accommodated, please don’t hesitate to reach out before placing an order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact us immediately at orders.sugarspun@gmail.com if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
For best results, please follow the included dessert care card for proper thawing, serving, and storage instructions.
Refund Policy
All of our baked goods are made to order and perishable. As such, they are not eligible for returns or refunds based on personal preference.
