Refund policy
All cakes and desserts are made to order, especially for you!
Please note that we require 72 hours' notice for pre-orders and 5 days' notice for shipping orders nationwide. Holiday orders may have different timelines.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please read the dessert care card for proper thawing, serving, and storage instructions.
Refunds
All perishable food items are made to order and are not eligible for a refund or return. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at orders.sugarspun@gmail.com. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you did not like a product. If a product does not meet our standards, please notify us to resolve the matter immediately by email at orders.sugarspun@gmail.com. Please remember that it can take 2-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
